GENERAL

The website www.waveplanet.gr is an informative and electronic commercial store created and operated by the & nbsp; regular company under the name LATHOUROS D. - AVRAMIS G. O .Ε. is based in Patras, Achaia, Gounari 25, is legally represented, with TIN. 099782830 & nbsp; and D.O.Y. The constant goal of Wave Planet is to provide the best possible customer service. This e-shop enables both our customers and all internet users to be informed immediately about the products offered by our company, as well as to make their purchases electronically.

OFFER AND AGREEMENT
All products are determined in terms of weight, colors, accessories and technical characteristics by the respective Construction Company. The photos of the products are sample and the color of the final product may differ.
The order is made by the Sales Department of waveplanet.gr , which is responsible for the distribution and delivery of the products .
The buyer must be informed about the technical characteristics of the products he orders. Any information from us, regarding technical or other information, is subject to any reservations.
The sending of orders, if the product is available, is done on the same day and its delivery depends on the Kilometer distance, or the mediation of weekends or holidays .
The consumer has the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days, if no longer deadline has been agreed, but returning the goods in their excellent original condition and packaging, without incurring any costs other than return costs. .
In case of non-execution of the order as agreed, the customer has every right to cancel it.
In case the product is no longer available and can not be delivered within a reasonable time, the sales department of  waveplanet.gr informs the customer and cancels the order after a written (e-mail) or telephone update or suggests the ideal alternative solution.

The prices of all products are clearly indicated and close to each product and include VAT. tables that are adjusted according to the pricing policy of the Courier companies.

SHIPPING / TRANSPORTATION
The goods travel at the cost and responsibility of the customer.
For transports that have been delayed by external factors (strikes, road closures, extreme weather events, etc.) our store does not bear any responsibility.

RISKS
Once the goods are inspected and received by the buyer, the store is released from any further liability.

OBLIGATIONS AND WARRANTIES
Matters of guarantee of goods and any return for any reason, are determined by the current provisions of Greek Law and the provisions of Directives of the European Union.
The manufacturer is solely responsible for each warranty (including how it is performed). We are obliged to faithfully and without exception follow all the standard and prescribed procedures of inspection, repairs or returns determined by him.

Greek and European Legislation ensures the rights of consumers with Laws and Directives such as N2251 / 94 (Government Gazette 191 / 16-11-1994), AK §534, §537, §540 and §554, §555 as amended by Law 3043/2002.

The Manufacturers' Warranty only covers manufacturing errors or defects in the device. Any damage resulting from falling, dampness, negligence, mistreatment, interference in the internal parts by unauthorized persons or improper use, automatically puts the product "Out of Warranty" and its repair is charged.
If you wish to make a claim , within the limited Warranty that accompanies each product, you should contact directly, to the competent Technical Department of the official Representative or authorized Repair points as well as to the customer service center of waveplanet.gr . Waveplanet.gr must deliver all goods in excellent condition. If a product is not in good condition, it automatically gives the buyer the right to cancel its receipt or return it.
The warranties of all products, which are intended for the European Union, are required to be covered by official representatives. Otherwise waveplanet.gr must cover the Warranty.
Returns of products that do not present a problem are charged to the buyer (such as shipping, handling or inspection costs).

PROPERTY OWNERSHIP / PROPERTY RIGHTS
Until the final payment of the goods, they remain the property of  waveplanet.gr .

PAYMENTS TO THE COMPANY
The appropriate and acceptable payment methods are:

Any transaction through Cards, indicates the prior complete understanding of the terms of use and operation of the system. The software contained within the devices is licensed by the software manufacturer. The terms of use, instructions and restrictions of use are also given by the software manufacturer and not the product. Software packages or products containing software can only be returned if the manufacturer's Safety Ribbon has not been opened and the packaging must be in excellent condition.

LEGAL RIGHTS
For any transaction made with waveplanet.gr , the Legislation of Greece applies and it is agreed that the competent authorities for resolving disputes are the Courts of Patras.

GUARANTEES & SERVICE
Product photos are sample and the color of the final product may differ. Returns or replacements of products (eg due to color), are accepted only after consultation and if the product has not been opened or used.

Products must be returned:
a) unused, in their original packaging - box and cellophane - and in excellent condition
b) with all labels on
c) in the exact same condition in which they were received, intact, sealed and without any damage
Necessary condition for the return of products is to have in your possession the relevant purchase document proving the transaction (eg, Retail Receipt or Sales Invoice).

The cost of the Shipping, of all the products returned to the Company, is borne by the buyer.
waveplanet.gr reserves the right not to accept product returns when it deems that there are special reasons .

DOA / DAP
waveplanet.gr provides consumers with the guarantee of replacement of any defective device purchased by us when certain conditions are met.
CONDITIONS:  If you purchased a device which due to a manufacturing error At first it could not be turned on, it is automatically labeled as DOA "Dead On Arrival", which means that the device never worked. If you bought a device that started but then in the next few days showed symptoms of a serious malfunction, then the device is automatically labeled as DAP or "Dead After Purchase" which means that the device has stopped working or has serious problems (or actual defects) within a reasonable time specified (or proposed) by the manufacturer. In the case of DAP the replacement or repair of the device is determined solely by the service policy of the manufacturer.

PROCEDURES: The certified procedures we follow as The store is in compliance with the official procedures followed by the manufacturers and the respective official points of sale worldwide. Any decision on whether or not a specific device is covered by the warranty (DAP / DOA), is taken by the official technical department of the respective Manufacturer in our Country. In no case is it recognized (DAP / DOA) unless there is a corresponding formal written reminder from the technical department. The time required for this control depends exclusively on them, taking into account (and by law) the minimum possible inconvenience to the consumer and for any delay in it,  waveplanet.gr bears absolutely no responsibility.


waveplanet.gr in no case replaces a product with a corresponding or different or returns money to any consumer unless the relevant inspection is carried out and there is no written proof of the manufacturer (through the technical department) that the DAP / DOA is in force. Any objections, objections, disagreements on the part of the consumer should be notified first of all to us and consequently to the competent technical control department as well as to the competent Consumer Protection Department of the Ministry of Development.

EXCEPTIONS
The special limited DAP / DOA warranty does not apply if:

  • The fault proves to be the fault of the consumer with an official document from the official technical department of the manufacturer (regarding the guarantee regarding the fault of the consumer, you can refer to the general warranty terms of our store).
  • The device does not come with the box and all its accessories (eg battery, booklet, hands free, charger, etc.). The period of validity of the Warranty, which is proved between the confrontation of the receipt (or invoice) of purchase and the receipt from our store to be checked, is reduced by calendar.
  • If your device has not been purchased from our store or if the IF number or the unique IMEI number clearly stated on the purchase document is not the same as the device you provide.

Any questions, clarifications or unclear understandings of the shipping, payment and warranty terms currently mentioned should be clarified by the buyer, requesting additional details in writing. In case of any dispute, the recipient is obliged to notify it in writing to waveplanet.gr , within 48 hours of receipt, indicating the notification by registered letter or to submit it electronically requesting proof of receipt. In this case, the customer is obliged to return immediately, undamaged all the goods and & nbsp; waveplanet.gr explicitly reserves the right to withdraw from this sale at a loss. waveplanet.gr in any case is committed to do its best to ensure you a reliable and profitable market in every way.

APPLICABLE LAW

All transactions you make through waveplanet.gr are governed by International and European law governing matters relating to e-commerce (Directive 2000/31 / EC, Presidential Decree 131/2003) as well as also by the Law on Consumer Protection (Law 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to distance selling.
